Yes, we do, but only foil balloons. Due to recent testing and safety concerns with no-name latex balloons from major online retailers, we DO NOT fill LATEX balloons purchased elsewhere. We offer a large selection of high-quality latex balloons in-store that meet strict safety and performance standards. This ensures your balloons float properly, look great, and are safe for your event.

TIP: Make sure to read the reviews on your foil balloons. Some say they are for helium, but do not float when filled.

Latex balloons: Typically 8–12 hours, but we use a product called HiFloat that makes them last for several days. The first 2 days are the best and they continue to get smaller every day.

Foil balloons: Several days to a few weeks.

Temperature, humidity, and handling will drastically affect float time of all helium balloons. Let us know where you are using them for the best balloon experience possible.

Latex are not allowed at any hospitals. Most public schools in our area do not allow latex, but most private schools do. There are some exceptions, so make sure to call the school first to verify. Most nursing homes allow latex, but again, call first to verify. There are also places like some restaurants and nature centers that also do not allow latex. Although we know the rules at many local facilities, it is still your responsibility to know if you are allowed to bring them to your event.

Pricing widely varies and depends on size, style, type of balloons, colors, customization, and delivery/setup needs. Because every design is different, we do not offer flat pricing.

We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance for standard designs and earlier for large or detailed events. Last-minute orders will be limited based on availability. Helium balloons are available as a walk-in item, but extremely large orders may not be able to be filled as you wait.

Yes, we offer local delivery for all our products and setup for balloon décor. Fees vary based on location and setup complexity.

This is a tough question. Latex balloons work outside, but they do oxidize right away in heat and sun. Darker colors fail faster than lighter colors. Foil and latex balloons will expand in the heat, so extreme heat and sun can cause them to burst. Bubble balloons have room to expand and are a nice choice for summer. Although you can use balloons outside in the summer, for the best experience, it is best to use them in a shaded area if they need to be outside. We do not guarantee any balloons that are used outside in the summer.

Winter and cooler conditions can cause balloons to shrink. That is not a problem with latex balloons or Bubble balloons. Foil balloons will become softer and floppy, so they do not work well in the cold, but we have a few tricks.

It is best to talk over what your needs are for outside, and we can come up with the best solution.
